Mandarinfish
The mandarinfish shimmers in so many different colors: blue, turquoise, red, brown, green, yellow. Its skin is surrounded by a layer of slime that protects it from parasites and illness. It lives in lagoons and coastal areas no deeper than 18 meters, mostly in the Indopacific (Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia, Africa).
