• Ears and Feet

Look at the ears and feet: Are they big or small? Hares have much bigger ears and feet than rabbits. Their back legs are also very long and strong compared to rabbits’ legs.

• Body Size

Look at the body: Is it big or small? Hares have much bigger bodies than rabbits.
