The hawksbill sea turtle is a marine turtle that is native to the waters around Madagascar, Indonesia, the Caribbean and the northern coast of Australia. Their favorite food is sponge. Their meat and eggs are very popular foods, and their shells are used to make art. Unfortunately, hunting has drastically reduced this animal’s numbers. And they are also affected by marine population and fishing nets.
